How to use

I’ve never written a review before but in this case I just have to. I was diagnosed with Chronic Colitis many years ago. I suffer with many symptoms, most of which are well controlled my medication. I can honestly say that since taking them the cramps and bloating are non existent. Once upon a time I would not attend parties and other events because of the severity of the cramps or I would have to leave because only lying down relieved the pain. I would always wear loose clothes because of the bloating and any stress, excitement, certain foods, alcohol etc etc would trigger the bloating and cramps.
