We recommend storing your rite.® gummies and powders in a cool, dry place at room temperature. It is also important to keep them away from direct sunlight and other sources of heat. We do not recommend to store your products in the fridge.
The rite.® gummies expire 24 months from the date of production, the rite.® powders expire 18 months from the date of production. Vitamins and minerals naturally break down over time. Therefore, while the products are still active and safe to take, we do not guarantee their potency.

The rite.® gummies are 100% vegan. We use fruit pectin instead of gelatin.
Yes, our gummies are sugar free. We use maltitol as a sweetener.
Our gummies and powders are 100% halal.
We do not use directly or indirectly animal ingredients, our products are vegan. Also, none of our ingredients contain alcohol extract.
Absolutely! Our jars are made of 100% recyclable PET and our lids of 100% recyclable aluminium too. So, remember to throw the jars in the dedicated trash once finished or reuse them as flowerpot, jewellery box or pen box.
All our products are registered by governmental authorities in the UAE with Dubai Municipality.
They are manufactured by a certified laboratory in France holding ISO22000 and ISO9001 certifications with strict EU standards.
Our products are mostly natural, and therefore it is safe to consume the rite.® gummies & powders while being pregnant or breastfeeding.
However, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor before taking any dietary supplements, especially if you have any underlying health conditions or specific treatments.

You should have received a shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive the email, make sure to check your spam/junk folder or type hello@myrite.co in the search bar to find our emails.
Our courier partner will contact you within two working days after your purchase to schedule the delivery. Please make sure you share your mobile number for the delivery person to contact you, and that someone is at home during the day to receive your package.
For international orders, it may take from 3 to 7 working days to receive your package.

Sometimes, transportation or handling problems can damage the products and we are sorry if this affects your experience with rite.®

We accept Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Mada cards, and Tabby for instalments.
Cash-on-Delivery is accepted in the UAE only, kindly prepare the right amount for the driver for a smooth delivery.
Our website does not support Visa gift cards, or Paypal for now.
UAE Delivery excluding public holidays
For Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah:
We usually deliver within two business days from the date of order.
Sunday is a day off for our delivery team.
If you order on Saturday before 12pm you should be delivered the following Monday.
If you order on Saturday after 12pm, you should be delivered the following Tuesday.
For remote areas such as Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain, Fujairah: our courier partner delivers once to twice per week.
Please note that we do not deliver during UAE public holidays.
INTERNATIONAL Delivery
Depending on your country, it can take 3 to 7 business days to receive your shipping. We will share a tracking number to follow your delivery after your purchase.
If you have a discount code, you can use it at the last page of the checkout at the payment page, in the section "Gift card or discount code" on the right side. Then click on "Apply".
