From my experience, I noticed a clear difference in my hair and nails, and a slight improvement in my skin since I haven’t finished the bottle yet — I’m almost done. 1st and 2nd week you’ll probably be bloated af as your gut bacteria adjust to it (feeding and increasing the number of beneficial bacteria!). The bloat is essentially nonexistent the following weeks and i feel good stomach-wise! I know im taking my fiber and my gut is happy. What i also like about it is that to me the taste of the sweetner is not that sharp as i dont like the taste of stevia, so this is a plus to me. The guava flavor is superior to peach imo🧡
